Exchanges are done within 03 days since the item is delivered.

Message us through the same platform (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp) you placed your order with & let us know you need to exchange a particular product /s. If it is a web order please WhatsApp us through +971 5698 33193 and let us know you need to exchange a particular product /s.

After an inspection, our Exchange Team will get back to you.

Please Note - For a smoother exchange process, you need to send us the package via the courier service we provide to you. 
For the rider to deliver us the package, an additional charge will be applied from you along with the standard delivery fee.
